Dr. Vaida Jurgilė is an Associate professor at the Academy of Education of Vytautas Magnus University, researcher at the Research Institute of Education, head of the study program Subject Pedagogy. Her research topics are related to intercultural education in higher education, educational leadership, teacher training and leadership, teacher-student co-creation, qualitative research (grounded theory). Participates in national and international projects. Member of the EARLI scientific network.
