Author Guidelines

The following author guidelines are provided to assist authors in preparing their submissions for GLOBALET. Please review each section carefully before sending your work.

Conference Topics

All submissions must correspond to the themes of GLOBALET. Please refer to the Conference Topics page for the official subject list.

Abstract

Author Guidelines for Abstract Submission

  • Abstracts are evaluated by the Scientific Committee
  • Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to register for the conference
  • Following the event, full papers may be requested for publication opportunities
  • If a full paper is not submitted, the abstract will still appear in the Conference Abstract Book
  • Presentation slots are confirmed only after payment of the registration fee

  • 3–5 keywords
Paper Submission

Full Paper Guidelines

GLOBALET accepts only high-quality manuscripts that are original and unpublished. Submissions must not be under review elsewhere

Language

  • English is required
  • Both UK and US spellings are acceptable, but must not be mixed
  • Authors are encouraged to use professional editing services where appropriate

Peer Review

  • Each paper will be assessed under a double-blind review system
  • The corresponding author is responsible for confirming co-author approval
  • The publisher assumes no liability for disputes or compensation claims

Poster Presentation

  • Required size: A1 (international standard)
  • Title, authors, and affiliations should appear at the top
  • Posters should include charts, images, or other visuals
  • Content must reflect the accepted abstract
  • Foam-core or heavy materials cannot be used; posters must be portable

Academic Integrity

  • Submissions must represent original and unpublished research
  • Acts of plagiarism are strictly forbidden and will result in automatic rejection

Oral Presentation Requirements

  • Duration: approximately 15 minutes
  • Format: author’s choice (PowerPoint, PDF, etc.)
  • Presentation equipment provided upon request
  • Presenters should arrive early to confirm setup
