Dr. Syeda Umm-e- Salma Rizvi is an education professional with nearly two decades of experience spanning roles as a teacher, trainer, Academic Director, and Head of School. Specialising in early years education, she has deep expertise in curriculum design, educational leadership, and professional development. She holds a Cambridge CELTA, a PGCE from the University of Essex, and the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH). Salma is widely recognised for designing innovative, research-informed curricula that seamlessly integrate the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) with the Reggio Emilia approach, outdoor learning, and the 3H model (Health, Happiness, and Holistic Development).
Currently completing her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.), her doctoral research focuses on Partnership Working in Early Years Settings in the UK to strengthen collaborative practice.
